PHILLY 3-Step Cherries Jubilee Cheesecake

  1. MIX cream cheese and sugar with mixer until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until just blended.
  3. Stir in chocolate.
  4. POUR into crumb crust.
  5. BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until centre is almost set.
  6. Cool.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Top each serving with pie filling and chocolate curls.
