Ham 'n Cheddar Cornbread

  1. In a bowl combine the corn bread mixes, milk and eggs.
  2. Pour half of the batter into an 11-in.
  3. x 7-in.
  4. x 2-in.
  5. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Layer with ham and cheese; carefully spread remaining batter over top.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  8. Serve warm.
