Savory Onion-Roasted Potatoes

• 1 (1 ounce) envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
• 4 potatoes, cut into large chunks (about 2 lbs.)
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 13 cup vegetable oil

1. Mix all ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
