Strawberries and Cream
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 14 cup caster sugar
- 100 ml cream, pouring
- Wash and hull strawberries and cut into quarters.
- Sprinkle with sugar and vinegar, mix to coat the strawberries.
- Cover and refrigerate for t least 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Divide between 4 glass dishes drizzling over juice.
- Pour over a generous amount of cream.
