Turkey Cranberry Roll-Ups

  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using 1 cup water and 1/4 cup Fresh Buttery Taste Spread.
  2. Combine prepared stuffing and 1/3 cup cranberry sauce in medium bowl; mix lightly.
  3. Evenly divide stuffing mixture in center of turkey slices.
  4. Roll up each slice; secure with toothpick.
  5. Place chicken broth in 12-inch skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil over high heat (1 to 2 minutes).
  7. Reduce heat to medium; add roll-ups.
  8. Cover; cook until roll-ups are heated through (3 to 4 minutes).
  9. To serve, remove toothpicks.
  10. Garnish each roll-up with 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce and parsley.
