Sizzling Beef & Vegetable Kabobs
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Greek with Feta & Oregano Dressing & Marinade, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 fresh mushrooms, cut in half
- 8 fresh asparagus spears, blanched, cut into 2-inch lengths
- Pour 1/4 cup dressing over meat in shallow dish.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate, stirring occasionally.
- Drain meat; discard marinade.
- Heat barbecue to medium heat.
- Thread meat onto 12 skewers alternately with tomatoes, mushrooms and asparagus.
- Grill 15 min.
