Ham Skillet And Potatoes Recipe

  1. About 20 min before serving: In a 12" cook and serve skillet over medium high heat, in warm salad oil, cook frzn potatoes with salt and pepper till lightly browned, about 7 min, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, with fork, combine flour, mustard and lowfat milk till well blended.
  3. Stir mix and ham into potatoes; continue cooking till sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min till potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Yield: 8 servings.
