Grasshopper Cheesecake
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. green creme de menthe
- 2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
- 4 oz. sweet cooking chocolate
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- Mix cookie crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter in a bowl. Press into bottom and up sides of 8-inch spring-form pan.
- Blend cream cheese in a bowl with 1 cup sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Beat until smooth.
- Stir in liqueurs.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Cool in pan.
- Melt chocolate in saucepan; cool 5 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Spread over slightly cooled cheesecake.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Remove from pan; slice and serve.
