Soft And Chewy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 2 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. oil
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 3 c. oatmeal
• 1 c. raisins

1. Mix all ingredients together by hand.
2. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
3. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees on ungreased pan (do not bake longer or possibly they will not be soft).
