Cheesy Fiesta Pasta Bake

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook milk and VELVEETA in medium saucepan on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in pasta, tomatoes, peppers and seasonings.
  4. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
  5. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Mix butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over pasta mixture.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. or until heated through.
