Chicken & Mushroom Rice Pilaf for Two
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), cut into strips
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
- 2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in medium skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Combine rice and remaining dressing.
- Serve topped with chicken mixture.
