Pork Cutlets Mexicana

  1. In large nonstick skillet, heat butter on medium high.
  2. Add garlic and onion.
  3. Saute for 2 minutes or until softened.
  4. Meanwhile, place flour on wax paper.
  5. Coat cutlets in flour and shake of excess.
  6. Add to skillet and saute for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Add in the cumin, broth, salsa and vinegar.
  8. Cook 4 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.
