No-peek Chicken

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix rice, soups, water, and wine in large bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
  4. Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
  5. Sprinkle onion soup on top of chicken.
  6. Sprinkle Old Bay, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Cover dish with tin foil.
  8. Bake covered for 60 minutes.
  9. To get crispier chicken, bake covered for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for 15 minutes, then broil on LOW for 2 minutes.
