Lemon Sesame Glazed Greens

  1. Remove any large stems and wash greens thoroughly.
  2. Roughly chop greens.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once hot, add olive oil.
  5. Add garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the greens and saute 4-5 minutes, tossing coninually, till desired texture is achieved).
  7. Add the red pepper flakes and sesame seeds(and/or sesame oil if desired).
  8. Toss to mix.
  9. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  10. Serve immediately.
  11. Enjoy!
