Martha's Hot Mushrooms Hors D'oeuvre Recipe
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. Knorr's Leek Soup
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. grated mild Cheddar
- Slice and lightly fry mushrooms.
- Remove from heat.
- Add in 2 Tbsp.
- flour and stir.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and leek soup.
- Blend.
- Place mix in shallow pie plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Heat till piping warm.
- Serve with crackers.
