Martha's Hot Mushrooms Hors D'oeuvre Recipe

  1. Slice and lightly fry mushrooms.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Add in 2 Tbsp.
  4. flour and stir.
  5. Add in lowfat sour cream and leek soup.
  6. Blend.
  7. Place mix in shallow pie plate and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Heat till piping warm.
  9. Serve with crackers.
