Dirt Pie

• 1 large pkg. Oreos
• 1 large vanilla instant pudding
• 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 stick butter or margarine
• 3/4 c. powdered sugar
• 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
• 1 1/2 c. milk

1. Place Oreos
2. in
3. a large Ziploc bag and beat senseless. Place Oreo
4. crumbs
5. into food processor and grind to a powder. Set aside Oreo
6. crumbs.
7. In
8. a
9. food processor cream together margarine and
10. cream cheese, mixing well.
11. Add powdered sugar to cream cheese
12. mixture and mix well.
13. Add milk and continue mixing
14. until completely
15. combined.
16. Add dry pudding mix next and mix well. Add Cool Whip last and fold in until mixture is smooth.
17. In
18. large pan pat 1/2 of the Oreo crumbs in bottom of pan.
19. Spoon
20. cream cheese mixture over Oreos and add remaining Oreo crumbs on top.
