Weight Watchers Chicken Hunter Style

  1. Broil the chicken for 10 minutes on each side.
  2. Combine the next 10 ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (optional). Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
