Weight Watchers Chicken Hunter Style
- 2 lb. skinned chicken pieces
- salt, garlic, pepper and paprika to taste
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 2 medium carrots, cut up
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 4 oz. onions
- 4 pkg. instant beef broth seasoning mix
- 1 tsp. browning sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. cornstarch, diluted in water
- 4 oz. pearl onions
- Broil the chicken for 10 minutes on each side.
- Combine the next 10 ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (optional). Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
