Ground Beef Stroganoff

  1. Dissolve bullion cube in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Brown ground chuck.
  3. Drain .
  4. In 10 or 12 inch skillet, saute onions in 1 tablespoon butter.
  5. Remove onions and set aside.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon butter to skillet.
  7. Brown flour.
  8. Add ketchup, onions, and Worcestershire sauce.
  9. Add bouillon and ground beef; let thicken.
  10. When ready to serve, add sour cream to sauce and serve over hot cooked noodles.
