Chunky Cheese Queso

  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink, rinse and drain.
  2. Stir together sausage and remaining ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cheese melts.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
