Peaches 'N Cream Muffins Recipe

• 3 Large eggs
• 3/4 c. vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 4 c. flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. peaches, diced and liquid removed

1. Mix Large eggs, sugar, lowfat milk, oil, baking pwdr, salt and flour together.
2. Beat for 2 min.
3. Divide into 36 paper-lined muffin tins.
