doodlesmums easy honeycomb ice cream
- 500 ml double cream
- 400 ml condensed milk
- 4 bars of crunchie
- whip the double cream to soft peaks, then stir in the condensed milk.
- crush the crunchie bars and add half the loose mix to the cream and condensed milk and stir in.
- put the cream mix in an airtight container and place in the freezer for approx 2 hours.
- remove from the freezer and stir to ensure you break up any ice crystals, before placing back in the freezer add the remaining crunchie and fold in lightly.
- remove from the freezer slightly before serving so the ice cream is easier to serve.
