doodlesmums easy honeycomb ice cream

  1. whip the double cream to soft peaks, then stir in the condensed milk.
  2. crush the crunchie bars and add half the loose mix to the cream and condensed milk and stir in.
  3. put the cream mix in an airtight container and place in the freezer for approx 2 hours.
  4. remove from the freezer and stir to ensure you break up any ice crystals, before placing back in the freezer add the remaining crunchie and fold in lightly.
  5. remove from the freezer slightly before serving so the ice cream is easier to serve.
