- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
- 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 CLAUSSEN Bread 'N Butter or Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices
- 4 cups chopped frozen broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) , favorite flavor
- Cook meatless burgers as directed on package.
- Toast or warm buns, if desired; spread each with 1 Tbsp.
- cream cheese.
- Arrange one burger, 2 slices of lettuce, and 1 pickle on each bun.
- Heat broccoli as directed on package; toss with olive oil and lemon juice; season as desired with salt-free seasoning.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- Complement each meal with 1 cup sliced strawberries topped with 2 Tbsp.
- whipped topping for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT with meal.
