Leche flan
- 8 medium egg yolks
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 water
- In a saucepan, mix sugar and water.
- Bring to a boil until the sugar caramelized.
- Pour caramelized sugar into aluminim moulds (any shape or size).
- Let it cool and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, condensed milk and fresh milk well by hand or by blender.
- Pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the aluminum mould about 2inches thick.
- Cover it with aluminum foil and steam for 40 minutes.
- Let cool then refrigerate.
