Mr. Clean

• Ice
• 1 ounce rye
• 1/2 ounce green Chartreuse
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 2 ounces chilled Blanc de Noirs Champagne

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the rye, Chartreuse and lemon juice; shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Stir in the Champagne.
