Tuna With Curried Almond Rice

  1. Melt 6 tablespoons of the margarine.
  2. Add tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer, covered, for five (5) minutes.
  4. Add flour and stir until blended. Add milk and simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. Add tuna.
  6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
