Scallop XO Sauce With Pesto And Sun Dried Tomato Sandwich

• 2 slice bread
• bunch lettuce
• 3 piece sun dried tomatoes( slice up )
• 1 slice Chedder cheese
• 1 tbsp pesto
• 1 tbsp scallop xo sauce

1. Toast the bread and set aside.
2. Layer some lettuce salad and slice up sun dried tomato then top with any cheese of your preferences
3. Top with another toasted bread which spread pesto then Scallop XO sauce generously and serve as it is
