Egg and Wakame Oyster and Ponzu Soup
- 1 Wakame seaweed
- 1 Egg
- 400 ml Water
- 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 1 Grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Ground sesame seeds
- Add all the ingredients in a pot and turn on the heat.
- If the wakame seaweed needs to be rehydrate it, soak it in a bowl of water.
- Beat the egg.
- Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, add the wakame seaweed, and swirl in the beaten egg.
- Drizzle in the sesame oil at the end and turn off the heat.
- Serve it into a bowl, sprinkle on the ground sesame seeds and it is done.
