Egg and Wakame Oyster and Ponzu Soup

  1. Add all the ingredients in a pot and turn on the heat.
  2. If the wakame seaweed needs to be rehydrate it, soak it in a bowl of water.
  3. Beat the egg.
  4. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to low, add the wakame seaweed, and swirl in the beaten egg.
  5. Drizzle in the sesame oil at the end and turn off the heat.
  6. Serve it into a bowl, sprinkle on the ground sesame seeds and it is done.
