Whole Wheat Health Bread

  1. Mix flour, cracked wheat and oats.
  2. Combine 3 cups flour mixture, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, yeast and salt.
  3. Mix water (120u0b0), cottage cheese, molasses, honey and oil.
  4. Add to 3 cups of flour mixture.
  5. Beat 3 minutes with electric mixer.
  6. Stir in rest of flour.
  7. Rest 10 minutes.
  8. Knead 10 minutes.
  9. Place in oiled bowl, covered.
  10. Let rise for 1 hour.
  11. Shape into 3 or 4 loaves. Let rise.
  12. Bake at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes.
