Creamed Green Chili Enchiladas Recipe
- 1 tbsp. fat
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. frzn green chili, peeled/roasted
- Corn tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Fry onions in fat.
- Add in green chili and tomato sauce.
- Add in soup, stirring constantly.
- Cook 5 min.
- Season with salt and garlic salt.
- Fry tortillas.
- Put tortillas and a layer of cheese and a layer of chili fold in a casserole dish.
- Alternate layers; keep hot till ready to serve.
