Creamed Green Chili Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Fry onions in fat.
  2. Add in green chili and tomato sauce.
  3. Add in soup, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook 5 min.
  5. Season with salt and garlic salt.
  6. Fry tortillas.
  7. Put tortillas and a layer of cheese and a layer of chili fold in a casserole dish.
  8. Alternate layers; keep hot till ready to serve.
