Melting Matcha Pudding

  1. Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point.
  2. Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.
  3. Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  4. Strain into a bowl.
  5. Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly.
  6. Add fresh cream.
  7. Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
