Chicken Casserole

  1. Saute onions and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
  2. Spread half of the stuffing mix in the bottom of an oiled baking dish.
  3. Heat 1/2 cup butter and broth; pour over crumbs in a large bowl.
  4. Mix chicken, onions, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; spread over crumbs.
  5. Blend eggs and milk; pour over mixture.
  6. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Remove 1 hour before baking.
  8. Spread remaining crumbs over casserole.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
