Hungry Hobo

• 1 pancake mix
• 2 Bacon strips / person
• 1 egg / person

1. cook bacon till crisp, then chop
2. Pour pancake mix to your preferrence
3. crack an egg in the middle of the pancake.
4. Sprinkle bacon around the egg
5. Flip the pancake when side is finished, and do the same to the other side.
