AMIEs BAKED LASAGNE

  1. Preheat the oven to 220AsC.
  2. Lightly grease a deep ovenproof dish.
  3. Spread 4 tbsps of bechamel sauce and 4 tbsps meat sauce over the base of the prepared dish and lay lasagne sheets over the top.
  4. Spread a layer of meat sauce on top, followed by a layer of bechamel sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with a little parmesan.
  6. Continue the layers by repeating the same step until we have finished all the ingredients.
  7. Continue, finishing with the bechamel sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with more parmesan.
  9. Dot with the butter and bake for 20-30 minutes, until pasta is cooked and the top is golden-brown.
  10. Allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Share and enjoy!
