AMIEs BAKED LASAGNE
- 400 grams AMIEs Bolognese Ragu
- 1 AMIEs bechamel sauce
- 500 grams packets dried lasagne sheets
- 1 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan
- Preheat the oven to 220AsC.
- Lightly grease a deep ovenproof dish.
- Spread 4 tbsps of bechamel sauce and 4 tbsps meat sauce over the base of the prepared dish and lay lasagne sheets over the top.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce on top, followed by a layer of bechamel sauce.
- Sprinkle with a little parmesan.
- Continue the layers by repeating the same step until we have finished all the ingredients.
- Continue, finishing with the bechamel sauce.
- Sprinkle with more parmesan.
- Dot with the butter and bake for 20-30 minutes, until pasta is cooked and the top is golden-brown.
- Allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
