Perfect Gin and Tonic

• 8 ounces gin, such as Hendrick's, chilled
• 8 ounces tonic, chilled
• 4 ounces club soda, chilled
• 1 ounce lime juice, strained and chilled
• 4 lime twists

1. Add ice to 4 stemless white wine glasses.
2. Divide the gin, tonic, club soda and lime juice evenly among the glasses and stir.
3. Garnish each with a lime twist.
