Greek Lemon Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting the salt.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, sugar and salt.
  3. Gently fold in the olives and crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Drain pasta and toss with the sauce.
  5. Top with freshly ground pepper to taste and chopped parsley.
