Greek Ziti Salad

  1. In small bowl combine vinegar, dijon, basil, oil, and salt. Mix well and set aside. Cook ziti according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Place in large bowl. Toss pasta with dressing. Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and arrange on four plates. Mound pasta on lettuce and top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and olives. Drizzle with remains dressing. Season with pepper.
