Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins Recipe
- 1 (15 ounce.) Raisin Bran
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1 quart. butter, mild
- Mix all dry ingredients into large bowl.
- Add in beaten Large eggs, oil and lowfat milk.
- Mix well.
- Store in airtight container and chill.
- Will keep for 6 weeks.
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 min.
