Hearty Vegetables in the Microwave with Anchovy Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Kintoki carrots (or normal carrots)
- 1 Potato
- 4 cm Broccoli stalks
- 1/4 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Anchovy paste
- 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Peel the carrot and potatoes and cut into wedges (or your favorite shape).
- Cut the soft, stems of the broccoli in the same way.
- Put the vegetables in a silicone steamer without water, cover with a lid, and microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave.
- If you can easily poke through the vegetables with a skewer, add the garlic, anchovy pasty, and mayonnaise, mix it all together, and enjoy.
