Hearty Vegetables in the Microwave with Anchovy Mayonnaise

  1. Peel the carrot and potatoes and cut into wedges (or your favorite shape).
  2. Cut the soft, stems of the broccoli in the same way.
  3. Put the vegetables in a silicone steamer without water, cover with a lid, and microwave at 600 W for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from the microwave.
  5. If you can easily poke through the vegetables with a skewer, add the garlic, anchovy pasty, and mayonnaise, mix it all together, and enjoy.
