Nourishing Traditions Pumpkin Pie

  1. Press almond meal in bottom and up sides of pie plate.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cream eggs with Rapadura and stevia*.
  4. Gradually blend in other ingredients.
  5. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  7. * if you don't have Stevia, add an extra 1/4 cup Rapadura.
