Benito Kebab
- 2 lbs pork loin
- 1 onion
- 3 cups water
- 12 cup oil
- 12 cup red wine
- 2 bay leaves
- black pepper
- crushed red hot pepper
- salt
- 1.
- Cut meat in cubes 1/2 to 1".
- 2.
- Put in a pot along with the water, oil, bay leaf, red and black peper.
- 3.
- Cook till water is gone (check for tenderness if not soft add more water).
- 4.
- When water is gone, stir for 5 min and add wine.
- 5.
- When the wine is evaporated, add onions and stirr till golden.
- 6.
- Serve hot with greens!
- 7.
- Merlot at 18 deg C!
