Oatmeal Honey Bread

  4. bowl,
  5. combine

  8. oats, butter, boiling
  9. water, honey and salt.
  10. Cool to warm.
  11. Stir in yeast. Add eggs and 2 1/2 cups flour.teat at medium speed, scraping bowl often until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.

  15. to
  16. handle.
  17. Turn
  18. dough out on lightly floured surface.
  19. Knead
  20. until
  21. smooth
  22. and elastic, about 10 minutes. Add
  23. more
  24. flour
  25. as
  26. needed
  27. until
  28. dough no longer sticks. Place
  29. in greased bowl.
  30. Turn greased side up.
  31. Cover and let rise in warm place until double in size, about 1 hour.
