The Ospidillo Cafe Sun Tea

  1. Pour the tap water into a gallon jar for which you have a lid.
  2. Drape the teabags into the water and cover with the lid.
  3. Set the tea outside where the sun will hit it for 8 hours.
  4. At the end of the 8 hours, squeeze and remove the teabags, add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours prior to serving.
