The Ospidillo Cafe Sun Tea
- 3 large tea bags (or 9 regular ones)
- 1 gallon hot water, from the tap
- 34 cup sugar
- Pour the tap water into a gallon jar for which you have a lid.
- Drape the teabags into the water and cover with the lid.
- Set the tea outside where the sun will hit it for 8 hours.
- At the end of the 8 hours, squeeze and remove the teabags, add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours prior to serving.
