Lemon Garlic Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with foil.
  2. Place salmon onto pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano and lemon juice.
  5. Lightly brush over tops and sides of salmon.
  6. Place one lemon slice on top of each piece of salmon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fish is tender and flakes.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Enjoy!
