Turkey Ham Roll-Ups

  1. Combine.
  2. Cook cabbage and 1/2 cup cheese.
  3. Spoon about 3 tablespoons onto each ham piece and roll up.
  4. Place, seams side down, in a baking dish.
  5. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
  6. Blend in flour.
  7. Add milk and mustard; gently bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  8. Add 1/2 cup cheese and parsley. Pour over turkey rolls.
