Richard's Numily Egg Sandwich

• 4 slices bread (wheat)
• 4 tablespoons Miracle Whip
• 4 eggs
• 14 cup gorgonzola
• salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

1. Crack eggs open and scramble.
2. Add cheese salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stir together.
4. Scramble up the eggs.
5. Meanwhile toast bread.
6. Put Miracle Whip on both pieces of bread, whatever amount you wish I just put an amount for zaar.
7. Slap some eggs on a slice, close and enjoy!
8. I bet cheese and bacon would be a fab addition, but we ran out of cheese slices.
9. DOH!
