Backyard Spanish Rice Recipe

  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add in onions, peppers, and garlic, and saute/fry for 1 minute or possibly till softened.
  3. Add in tomatoes, rice, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, bring to a boil, cover, and turn heat to low.
  4. Simmer, covered for 20 min or possibly till rice is tender.
  5. Remove lid, fluff rice with a fork and sprinkle lemon and lime juice over top.
  6. Serve immediately.
