Stir-Fried Chicken

  1. Put the sliced chicken in a bowl with the next 7 ingredients.
  2. mix well together and let stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in pan till very hot.
  4. Add prepared vegetables and toss till well coated with oil and heated through.
  5. Add water and cover for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan and set aside.
  7. Add extra oil to pan if necessary then add chicken, stir till white then return vegetables to pan.
  8. toss gently to mix.
  9. serve with noodles or rice.
