Curried Rice Recipe
- 2 (5 ounce.) cans shrimp, liquid removed and liquid reserved
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed and liquid reserved
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can coconut
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Minced green pepper or possibly celery to taste
- 1 sm. box Minute Rice
- 1/4 c. (about) parsley flakes
- Pour 2 c. reserved liquids into saucepan; add in soup, stirring to blend.
- Add in next 5 ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Add in remaining ingredients; cook over low heat for 8 min.
