Chicken And Rice

  1. Line a pan with foil.
  2. Place butter in pan and place in the oven at 400u0b0 until butter melts, evenly coating the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a bag, place the flour, salt, paprika, seasoning and pepper.
  4. Place chicken in and shake until it is well coated. Place the coated chicken, skin side down, in the pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 400u0b0.
  6. Cook the rice. Take the chicken out of the pan. Place the rice on the bottom of the pan. Add the onions and green pepper.
  7. Place the chicken, skin side up, in the pan.
  8. Pour the soup over all and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 400u0b0.
  9. Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  10. Serves 4.
