Quick & Creamy Chicken Stew

  1. Place potatoes and water in microwaveable dish; cover with lid.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 7 min.
  3. or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  5. Add chicken; cook 7 min.
  6. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add potatoes, soup, dressing and frozen vegetables to saucepan.
  8. Bring to boil; cover.
  9. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
  10. or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through.
  11. Stir in sour cream; cook 1 min.
  12. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
